Deposits:
A $500 deposit is due at the time of reservation for all annual and monthly reservations.
Deposits are due by March 15th. No refunds issued after August 1st.
Payment:
Annual rent is due, paid in full, by September 1st 2019.
RV reservation balances are due paid in full at time of check-in.
